Patxi Zumárraga, Nino Redruello and Jaime Santianes are the chefs in charge of the kitchen, three former Bulli who have combined their gastronomic knowledge to propose a market cuisine where respect for the product prevails.
It is a cultural center that organizes and produces exhibitions, debates, festivals and concerts, programmes film cycles, courses and lectures, and encourages creation using new technologies and languages. You can also find inside a nice cafe, a bookshop and a library, I love to go there on sundays, to discover new artists or just have some tea and look at some art books.
Barcelona is also amazing because of it's surroundings in winter I love going to the mountain, it's just one hour and a half drive and in summer to the beach of course.
