Located in Palermo neighbourhood, LAB is one of the first coffee shops to introduce the Barista culture in Buenos Aires. Lucky we! Well-brewed coffee was something this city had missed for a long time. (plus, the carrot cake loaf is quite delicious!)

I heard Sheikob is a New Yorker. If that is the case, he has managed to make a great mix&match between local manners, with NYC's spirit.
