Charlotte Strick is a principal at the multidisciplinary graphic design firm, Strick&Williams, founded in 2014 with her longtime friend and colleague, Claire Williams Martinez. The studio collaborates with cultural institutions and clients in the arts, publishing, education, non-profits and everything in-between. For 14 years prior, Strick was a designer turned art director at Farrar, Straus & Giroux, where she designed book covers for much-loved authors like Jonathan Franzen, Roberto Bolaño, and Lydia Davis. Her work has been featured in the AIGA 50 Books / 50 Covers show, the TDC Annual Exhibition, Print Magazine, and in many books about cover design. The proud owner of a coveted Silver Cube from The Art Directors Club, Charlotte is also Art Editor of the distinguished literary magazine, “The Paris Review”.
Sean Pecknold is a film director and stop-motion artist who has created music videos and commercials for the likes of Fleet Foxes, Grizzly Bear, BBC and the New York Times. He explores existential conundrums in his work, often using mystical or surreal imagery and stop-motion and mixed-media animation. On the road is where he feels the most at home. He grew up in Seattle, spent some time living in New York, and now lives in Los Angeles. He runs Sing-Sing studio in Los Angeles with Adi Goodrich.
Ed Templeton is an American photographer, contemporary artist, skateboarder, graphic designer and business owner. Working as a professional skateboarder in the early 90s, Ed quickly gained a reputation as an artist without any formal training. In 2000, his first book, Teenage Smokers, was published by Aaron Rose’s Alleged Press, and in 2002 he won the Italian Search For Art competition. In 1993 he founded the skateboard company, Toy Machine, a company that he still continues to own, design and manage. He lives and works in Huntington Beach, California with his wife, artist Deanna Templeton.
Angela Santana is a Swiss artist and art director living and working in New York City. Foremost a professional artist, Santana creates large-scale oil paintings based on the vast amount of illicit imagery online, combining digital painting techniques with classical oil painting.
Florent Manelli is a 28-year-old French illustrator based in Paris. At the age of 14, discovering the work of Andy Warhol, he decided to take an interest in the visual arts. The need to draw did not manifest itself until much later, during a trip to Montreal and the meeting of a friend who encouraged him to pursue a career in Art.
Alice Franchetti is an independent graphic designer currently living and working between Geneva and Lausanne, Switzerland. From Art direction, editorial design, visual identity to illustration, her graphic design practice includes projects for clients in both cultural and commercial fields. She graduated with honours from the prestigious art school ECAL, University of Art and Design, where she also teaches Graphic Design.
Sarah Kahn is a French art director and designer based between Paris and New York. Her work mixes commissioned projects for a wide selection of clients in arts institutions, cultural events, brands and magazines. Inspired by the worlds of visual arts, sociology and innovation she is constantly experimenting with new perspectives and artistic collaborations.
Lauren Grusenmeyer is an independent graphic designer and founder of Bureau Grusenmeyer. With a strong focus on the development of visual identities, Grusenmeyer works in the wider field of graphic design from printed matter to exhibition design and web-design. Her work is established in close dialogue with clients and ranges from cultural to commercial commissions. In addition to her daily practice, Grusenmeyer is the coordinator of the Studio Graphic Design at Sint Lucas Antwerp where she also teaches. She has lectured internationally and has led several workshops. At Sint Lucas Antwerp she conducts research and is the co-founder of the research platform ‘The Hybrid Designer’ exploring cross-over design practices.
Francesco Ciccolella is an Austrian illustrator and graphic artist based in Vienna. His illustrations tell stories and convey ideas in the most direct yet unexpected way. His work spans from editorial to advertising, publishing, posters, book covers, animations and, most recently, sculptures. He has worked with publications such as The Guardian, Der Spiegel and The New York Times and his corporate clients include Google and IBM, amongst many others.
Verena Michelitsch is an independent designer and art director from Austria, currently based in New York. She has worked for an array of international studios and clients, including Apple, Nasa/JPL, Facebook, Red Bull, The Smithsonian and Opening Ceremony. Verena also runs a very interesting online magazine and event series, dedicated to sleep, called Sand & Such.
Soren Rose is a Danish interior architect and furniture designer based in New York. His designs are characterised by strong personality, natural simplicity, attention to detail and quality. He founded Soren Rose Studio in 2008. The studio specialises in interior architecture and product development. As an important part of the Danish design scene he is a permanent jury member of the annual Danish design award.

Autobiographical and dreamlike, Martin bridges the fine art and commercial world, as well as the objects, places and conversations of the everyday experience.
Carla Cascales Alimbau is a contemporary artist and designer from Barcelona. After working for big corporations and design studios she decided to establish herself as an independent designer and artist. She specializes in sculpture, painting, art installations, interior design and illustration. Cascales is a recipient of a Laus Design Award for Graphic Design. She currently lives and works in Barcelona.
Marine Tanguy has been working in the art world for the past eight years. An advocate for artists since a young age, Marine managed her first art gallery in Los Angeles at age 23 and finally created her current business, MTArt Agency, to promote the artists she believed in across the globe. MTArt is the first artist agency in the world, the agency specialises in talent management: building, growing and accelerating careers while financing the studio costs of its artists.
