Dutch born photographer Gijs van der Most is based in Los Angeles. Since he switched Amsterdam for Los Angeles about two years ago, he's been quickly becoming a favorite in the downtown Los Angeles photography scene. Gijs’ photography is direct, personal, and sometimes with a little wink. He's fascinated by people, their behavior and their environment. His documentary projects include “Used Car Salesmen”, “Yard Sales”, “Sign Jugglers”, and his most recent project " I ♥ Runyon Canyon". Even though Van der Most works are displayed in series, he doesn't waste a single image. Gijs has co-created the blog “van der THIS! “, with his comedian/writer wife Michelle Buteau fusing the photography and comedy world into a miniseries that is eye catching as well as entertaining. His passion for great imagery hasn’t been unnoticed by the popular style, culture, and design blog www.kaufmann-mercantile.com. She received her M.F.A. from Yale University where she was awarded the Schickle-Collingwood Prize and The John Ferguson Weir Award. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, currently living and working in Los Angeles, CA. Photography keeps my eyes open. I shoot in 35mm and 120mm film.

Angela Stempel is a Venezuelan-American artist born in California and raised in Caracas. Her work is inspired by people, rhythm, color and drippy shapes. From these influences she constructs narrative and abstract animated films, installation and illustrations.
