Malerie Marder grew up in Rochester, NY and studied at Bard College completing a B.A. in History and Art. She received her M.F.A. from Yale University where she was awarded the Schickle-Collingwood Prize and The John Ferguson Weir Award. Her solo exhibitions include Leslie Tonkonow Artworks + Projects, Salon 94 and Greenberg Van Doren in New York; Blain|Southern, Maureen Paley, and The Photographer’s Gallery in London; Galerie Gabriel Rolt, Amsterdam. International group exhibitions include Everyday Epiphanies: Photography and Daily Life Since 1969, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York; Desire, Gagosian Gallery and Deitch Projects, The Moore Building, Art Basel, Miami; The Naked Face, National Gallery of Victoria,Melbourne; Shoot the Family, ICI, New York; Sight/Insight, Concoran Gallery of Art, Washington, D.C.; the 2004 California Biennial, Orange County Museum of Art; and Blackbox, Edinburgh College of Art in collaboration with the Edinburgh Film Festival. I am Aiqi Zhang. I love seeing what happens in the extremes, it is also the way I deal with graphic design. Currently, I’m prototyping in all dimensions. With each project, I look for ways to bring my work into a spatial and digital world, allowing people to experience it in new and exciting ways. My desire is to create a multidisciplinary practice with no boundaries.

Micaela McLucas is a filmmaker and artist based between Los Angeles, Paris and London. She studied at the Université Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne and completed her MFA in Contemporary Photography at Central Saint Martins in London. Raised between Argentina and LA, always on an airplane, always out of context. Three passports, four languages, learned every life lesson by getting kicked in the teeth, which is why her work hits the way it does. Her influences range from trash TV to French philosophy and cinema has always been the core obsession. Her work moves between fashion, theory and lived experience in ways that feel both precise and unruly. The world she builds is psychedelic, intimate and unapologetically feminine. She mines her own life for material and uses it to collapse fantasy and confession. Everything is neon soaked, surreal and intrusive, not to escape reality but to pierce it. She's currently writing and developing her first feature film while continuing her studio practice.

Matthew Brandt (b. 1982, Los Angeles) received his BFA from Cooper Union in 2004 and MFA from the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) in 2008. Interested in physicality, process and landscape, Brandt’s ability to stretch the readings of an image, multiplying them both physically and conceptually, speaks directly to his interest in how images loom and meanings shift within a shared visual history. His work is the clever manifestation of a photographic alchemist, satisfying the urge for the tangible, and grounding us in the present. Brandt’s precocious talent has landed him in the permanent collections of the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), the Armand Hammer Museum (Los Angeles) and the Elton John Collection. He currently lives and works in Los Angeles.
