Offering the best loaf of bread in the city, baker/owner Andrés is a Mérida native who learned his craft from a Polish baker in Vietnam. Loaves of crusty Sourdough, Wheat, and Rye are offered alongside local-style pastries like Concha and Classic French croissants. The Huevos Rancheros from their breakfast menu, ladled with a delicate tomato sauce, is the most refined of its kind.
