My name is Laura Wood and I’m an independent illustrator. Originally from a small town in the north of Italy, I studied illustration in the wonderful city of Melbourne, Australia, where I started my illustration career. After a few years of seeking adventures and travelling around the world, I currently live and work in Milan, Italy. I create my art digitally using lots of textured brushes and a fun colour palette. Amongst my favourite things, there is dancing, meeting new people and visiting new places.

Founded in 2011, Paladini 8 is a space of 500 mq which includes a backyard, a bar/bistrot, a vinyl and book shop, an exhibition room, a coworking space and a bunch of private offices with professionals in the creative field. Concerts, exhibitions and events are organised every night. This place represents an active and important landmark in the new cultural and artistic scene of Milan.

In 2017 I created DotPigeon, an artistic project that uses Instagram as a platform. Inspired by pop culture, politics, icons and trends of the moment, the idea behind my artworks remains the same: to twist images in order to create simple and comprehensible messages executed in a clean and visually satisfying way. The account reaches more than 40 thousand people and my works have been published by several online magazines, Instagram pages and newspapers (Forbes, ItsNiceThat, Fubiz, Popmyeyes, UrbanContest, Freeda, Designyoutrust, Designtaxi, Cnn, Darlin Magazine, Collater.al, Il Messaggero, Trendland, Picame Mag and many others).

Enrico Magistro, born in 1980, is the owner of Quadro together with his sister Elena. He studied Marketing and Graphic Design in Milan and London and has always worked in the plumbing market since her first steps in her father's company. In addition to brand management and communication, she deals with products and collaborates with designers to create increasingly solid and aesthetically functional collections.
