Lisa Carletta is a Belgian Director and Photographer based in Milan. She completed a Master in Fine Art at Royal College of Art in 2017 where she developed digital work and 3D animation. Recurring themes in her work are often taken from her personal life, in which memories of her own experiences take a central role, revealing common human insecurities and anxieties.  Lisa’s work fabricates a fantasy world where nothing is what it seems. 

DOMENICO DE CHIRICO: ITALY, INDEPENDENT CURATOR. Domenico de Chirico is an independent curator from Italy. Born in Bari in 1983, he lives and works in Milan. From 2011 until 2015 he was a professor in "Visual Culture" and "Trend Research" at Milan’s European Institute of Design (IED). He collaborates with a number of international artists, galleries, institutions, art fairs, art prizes, and magazines worldwide. He has been artistic director at DAMA Fair, Turin since 2016. He was also a visiting tutor at Goldsmiths, University of London (2018). Upcoming exhibitions and researches (2019/20): Accademia di belle arti di Urbino, academy of fine arts located in Urbino, Marche, Italy (guest lecturer); Bienvenue Art Fair, Paris (prize jury member); Fotopub Festival, Novo Mesto, Slovenia (guest lecturer). Exhibitions in various venues and cities, among which: Turin, Milan, Berlin, Munich, Lisbon, Miami, Brescia, Istanbul, Florence, Venice, Rome, Prague, Mallorca, and so forth.

Enrico Magistro, born in 1980, is the owner of Quadro together with his sister Elena. He studied Marketing and Graphic Design in Milan and London and has always worked in the plumbing market since her first steps in her father's company. In addition to brand management and communication, she deals with products and collaborates with designers to create increasingly solid and aesthetically functional collections.

I am an independent Art Director, Visual Designer and Brand Strategist consultant based in Milan. I’m specialized in creation and management of brand identities, commissioned by direct clients as brands, companies and designers, and by design studios as well. Beyond that, I’m a true paper lover, literally obsessed with typography and always curious about what’s on in my city. Ruggiero Colonna Romano and Yara De Nicola have been a couple for three years, they live together in Milan with their tiny cocker Maria. Ruggiero works in the environmental field and turn into a DJ in his free time. He is obsessed with photography as a memory record and keeps buying small cameras that he always brings along with him. Yara is a photographer working for fashion magazines such as  Self Service, Elle Collections, Grazia...She is a terrible cook but a passionate eater and is developing an interesting eye in the food area.
