Yokato Yokabai font probablement les meilleurs ramens que j'ai goûté à Montréal depuis que j'en ai mangé au Japon. Attention de ne pas confondre ce resto avec leur autre restaurant, Ichigo Ichie, accessible à la même adresse. Ichigo Ichie est un Izakaya mais ils ne servent pas les ramens. Aussi, si vous souhaitez manger les ramens, vous ne pouvez pas réserver. C'est premier arrivé, premier servi. Born in a working-class family in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In 2003, Jorge Camarotti moved to Montreal, where he pursued a career as a professional photographer and then as filmmaker. Since his beginnings in filmmaking 10 years ago, Jorge has directed more than a dozen short films, both documentary and fiction, always remaining true to giving voice to the most aggrieved individuals of our society. Jorge wrote and directed Kinship (2019), which was selected in many reputable film festivals such as Palm Springs International, Maryland, Clermont-Ferrand, and Regard which received a nomination at the 2020 Canadian Screen Awards for Best Live-Action. His most recent project Ousmane had its world premiere at TIFF 2021 followed by an international premiere at the prestigious Clermont-Ferrand festival in 2022, and earned the director a second nomination for Best Live-Action at the Canadian Screen Awards 2022. Ousmane has accumulated more than 50 official selections in film festivals around the world, receiving more than 10 awards, including Best Narrative short at Aspen International Film Festival and a Grand-Prize at Indy Shorts, both Academy Awards qualifying festivals. Besides working as a mentor for aspiring BIPOC filmmakers, Jorge is now working on his first feature film, Edith. Edith was selected at the highly regarded TIFF Labs for development in 2021.
