Maaike Canne is an illustrator working across a variety of different media, including murals and print. She’s often inspired by surroundings with a sense of silence and estrangement that hold a lot of personal stories at the same time, like motels, malls and gas stations. Her vibrant work is often suggestive and influenced by elements found in architecture, interior and design. It’s located on a corner of the Nieuwe binneweg. A really long street that has all kinds of things to offer. For example little designer stores, vintage shops, bakery’s, exotic food, you name it. U.E.B. Has a nice atmosphere, outside terrace, the daily newspapers to rea and kind staff. A lot of creatives work there on their laptops. PS They sell alcohol

In graphic balanced settings lanky characters pass by to reflect on daily life, in a humorous way. Strongly influenced by graffiti and printing techniques Joren tries to make his mark on commercial and personal projects. Doesn't matter what form or scale.

Joana Chicau is a designer, coder, researcher - with a background dance. Her transdisciplinary project interweaves media design and web environments with choreographic practices. Chicau has been researching the intersection of the body with the constructed, designed, programmed environment, aiming at in widening the ways in which digital sciences is presented and made accessible to the public. She has been actively participating and organizing events with performances involving multi-location collaborative algorithmic improvisation, open discussions on gender equality and activism.
