It is such a great place for party. We're here for cooking party, birthday party, welcoming the new year. We all love this place. However the lovely host have left for London, we cannot have fun here for a long time.

A lovely cafe that you can see a little garden at the door, and inside there are some chairs flying in the air. You can have a nice drink accompany with their selected books and magazines. I like the atmosphere in Merci Cafe.

My favorite cafe in Taipei. For friends gathering, gossiping, discussing, it is more about just having a lunch. The meals are wonderful. I cannot remember how many times I sat here.

I thought I was in fairyland the first time I came here. I have never been to such a natural place in Taipei. Cows, birds, mountains, a great meadow that you cannot see the end. This is my favorite place in Taipei.

Hsiao-Ron Cheng is a Taiwanese illustrator living in Taipei, Taiwan. She attended Taiwan University of Art from 2007-2010, receiving her BFA in Fine Art. Her work alludes to the deformation that physically separates human from plants. The environments and situations that she paints are often of surrealist nature, reminiscent of school, and partly based on phantasy.

Ting-Ting Cheng was born in Taipei, 1985, and graduated from MA Photographic Studies at University of Westminster, London in 2009. She had lived in London for three years. She is interested in applying photography, text and sound to scrutinize various facets of everyday-life objects and encounters. She has participated in exhibitions internationally, including solo show at Taipei Fine Art Museum in summer, 2011. After the exhibition, she has ‘half’ moved back to Taipei. Now she is based between London and Taipei.
