The “1929. The Barcelona Pavilion” is one of the places where I always take my friends when they come to visit me to Barcelona. It was designed by Ludwig Mies van der Rohe as the German National Pavilion for the 1929 Barcelona International Exhibition. The day I made the photo was raining heavily, even then I found it great.

I live in Barcelona and I spend most of my time creating creatures, designing logos and flyers for night clubs, printing t-shirts and painting big black spots pictures. I have made graffiti, painting, designing, illustration and I guess that is why my work is more and more a combination of all these matters.

I only recommend walking around the Barceloneta beach at sunset, there are fewer people and in the fall and spring seasons is very nice to sit on a terrace watching the sea and entertaining yourself with the activities of the area.

In my opinion, they have the best vegetarian sandwich offer in town. But the most important, you can leave the bar without eating their "patatas bravas"

If you want to see a wonderful view of the entire city, without being surrounded by people, this is the perfect place. It is also a very charming place, was a former anti-aircraft bunker during the Spanish Civil War, is pretty dilapidated but retains the essential structure.
