I’m a multidisciplinary designer with 7+ years experience in in-house and freelance design environment. My practice focuses on products, design research and brand identities – mainly at the intersection of culture and technology. Currently, I’m based in Berlin and working as Designer and Managing Director at Minge+Schmidt.

Born in a small city in Finland, Riikka now lives and works as an illustrator in Berlin, Germany, where she also earned her Masters in Illustration at the Berlin University of Arts. She has worked for clients including ZEIT Campus, Der Spiegel, Plansponsor, Handelsblatt, Psychologie Heute, Hohe Luft, Daily Telegraph and Nido.

Lisa Pepita Weiss is a Swiss graphic designer based in Berlin and Zurich. After graduating at the University of the Arts Zurich in 2009 she moved to Berlin where she is working independently and collaboratively for clients in the fields of culture and businesses – always with a strong focus on conception and much love for typography. In close cooperation with her clients she creates all media experiences and offers solutions in print, web and space.

She has a bachelor’s degree in urban planning and a master’s degree in public art. She has opened her own lecture series named Seeking Unseen at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar. She is the co-founder of Paleworks, a studio & brand focusing on the variety of producing—in the areas of art, architecture, and design. She established urbanbacklog, a blog based on visual impressions about the cities. Her profession ranges from writing to styling, product design to architectural photography.
