Aritst

André Derainne is a French author and illustrator. He has been living and working in Strasbourg for several years. His work ranges from illustrations for the press in France and abroad (Libération, Fooding, The Gourmand...), to his work as a comic book author. He is currently preparing a graphic novel, which will be a culinary portrait of Hô CHi Minh City.

Claudia’s work is based on her personal experience as a heterosexual woman in modern world dating, and her view on female sexuality along with humour and sarcasm. Behind her colourful cartoon-based images, there is always a simple message or a lighthearted joke. The caption is a very important element to the imagery because she believes a piece of good work is not only visually interesting, but it also needs to serve a purpose.

Lena Müller is an artist living and working near Nuremberg, where she studied art at the Academy of Fine Arts between 2005 and 2010. The majority of her work reflects her fascination for nature and natural sciences, especially her interest in the field of microcosm and macrocosm: „What I am doing is a kind of a philosophical circling around questions of time, space, origin, human existence, cosmos, composition and mystery. Regarding the form, it is the experimental play with a reduced stylistic idiom, made with  different tools, materials and techniques, what is exciting for me. Finally I like to create abstracted worlds which give the viewer, and also myself during the artistic process, the freedom to develop our own thoughts and imaginations and to discover the new.“

Artist based in Japan. I travel the world using Google street view and paint attractive landscapes with my own filter. I carry this project as "Street View Journey".
