I lived in Cluj-Napoca for 5 years as a student. Every time I go back, I have to eat at least once at Roata. Their Romanian dishes take me back to my childhood, reminding me especially of my grandma’s cooking. Transylvanian food is a mix of Romanian, Hungarian and German recipes. Always a delight.
