Carla Borel is a London based portrait and fine art photographer. Her personal work addresses themes of transience, identity, community, isolation and loneliness. Her Stillsoho series has been described by Town magazine 'as one of the most iconic portrayals of London in recent years.' Born in Paris, raised in Las Vegas and a Hampshire village, she was formerly a croupier in Mayfair casinos; a bar tender at the French House in Soho; production assistant to legendary advertising photographer John Claridge; a gallery girl in London’s art world, working with influential curator Emma Dexter; and assistant to Beat Generation expert, Barry Miles. Her work has been published in AnOther Man, Harper's Bazaar, German Vogue, L'Uomo Vogue, Port, Town, Elephant, the Daily Telegraph and the Guardian. She recently had a solo exhibition of male portraits, Homme Libre, in London, was in the London Calling Photocopy Club exhibition and was included in Conceal/Reveal at Photo Oxford. 

I'm a freelance Designer & Illustrator based in East London. I bring a bold and impactful approach into each project, no matter how big or small the job is. My work is very varied, from branding, editorial, retail design, typographic work and also illustration. I have over 11 years design experience working in London. Mathushaa Sagthidas is a London based freelance photographer, stylist, set designer and art director (studied at Camberwell College of Arts, UAL) with interest in fine art and contemporary fashion. Mathushaa’s work often examines her identity - Tamil Eelam ethnicity and British nationality, which is reflected through traditions, history and fashion photography.  ​ Identity, authenticity and representation are important to her because of her parents’ upbringing and experiences during the Sri Lankan civil war, which took place from 1983 until now. The history of the war, their own personal suffering and experience led Mathushaa to learn and embrace her ethnic culture, traditions and heritage more and more. ​   Her photography work spans a range of brands including Amazon, Wolf & Badger, Fashion United, Deezer and Bloomsbury; publications such as Creative Lives, Glass Magazine, The Photographer's Gallery, gal-dem, Hypebae​, Fashion Minority Report, THIIIRD Magazine, Campaign Live, Dishoom, It's Nice That, The British Library and Graduate Fashion Week and exhibitions such as Tate Britain, PhotoFusion, BBH London, Lake Gallery, Camberwell Space Gallery, Rankin x Maryland Studio, including billboards across the UK and a solo show with Bow Arts.
