Grace Danico is a Filipino-American illustrator, designer, and archivist from Los Angeles, California. She art directs Acid Free, a quarterly magazine published by the Los Angeles Archivists Collective, and curates a regular Spotify playlist called Take Care. You can typically find her watering her plants, singing karaoke, or DJing every first Monday at Blind Barber in Highland Park and first Friday at Melody Lounge.
Micaela is a Los Angeles native director and photographer known for her colorful work that straddles the fine art and commercial worlds.
Her experimental work engages with portraiture, narrative, landscapes, and contemporary theory, all through a highly subversive lens.
She studied her undergraduate in art and philosophy at the Université de Paris 1, Panthéon-Sorbonne, and recently completed her MFA in Contemporary Photography; Practices and Philosophies at Central Saint Martins in London.
Micaela has recently relocated back to Los Angeles and is developing her first feature film.
