Elias Tahan is a photographer from Los Angeles. After leaving art school, he immediately launched his career as a full time photographer, drawing inspiration from film and pop culture. His celebrity, fashion, and documentary photography is featured in publications such as New York Post’s Page Six, Flaunt, and Interview Magazine. Elias Tahan is currently living and working in LA, and continues to develop his eclectic artistic influences through photography.

This is a great place to walk around. It really feels like a mini Lake Shasta or something tucked right up in the Hollywood Hills. Ornate statues on the bridge and sweet smelling trees. If you squint you almost feel like you're not in the middle of a massive city.

This neighborhood is my home. Since I moved here 2 years ago there has been so much improvement in the area. I am walking distance from the art supply store, gourmet beer, korean barbecue, and every major freeway. I am the perfect distance from everything without being in the metropolitan epicenter. Angel City is in DTLA’s Art District, which is a cool neighborhood with a great beer culture. The place is in a huge warehouse / garage, so it never feels too crowded. I like the Angeleno IPA. Live events and taco trucks out front!

You've heard of Disneyland, but you must see the Abraham Lincoln animatronic at the end of Main Street near the entrance. He gives a super life-like impassioned speech about America that is very timely.

This happened last winter— due to extreme climate changes there was a rare snowfall in the hills of Los Angeles. I can count on one hand how many times I have seen snow, nonetheless driven in it. I was playing "I Love You" by Takehiko Honda while driving through Hollywood Hills and Griffith Park. I will never forget it.
