I am pursuing hospitality concepts that are deeply involved in the local scenes and that serve as focal points for entire neighborhoods; concepts that become not just places to stay, but gateways to communities. I am committed to reshape the way people think about hospitality by exploring experiences that stand for a cause and immerse people in meaningful moments. I am a creative director with a love of storytelling. I have lead magazines large and small in New York and Europe. I currently lead an in-house brand studio for the Philadelphia Inquirer. I love to travel. 

Justin James King is an artist/photographer living in New York City whose work has been shown internationally. He is currently working on a project that expands on his interest in landscape and memory, taking inspiration from the remnants of a devastating hurricane that changed the course of a river in rural Vermont. When he's not working in his studio or traveling to shoot locations he can often be found at one of these fine places.

John Christian Rose is an artist and designer originally from Austin, TX now living in New York. Previously, he's worked at B.A.D. Studio, SSHH, and Pacific Books. Currently, he's a design intern at Gander.

Caspar Lam is a partner at Synoptic Office, a multidisciplinary design studio operating in the space between design, technology and education. The studio’s work has been exhibited internationally and recognized by Fast Company Design, iDn, Neshan, Etapes, and It’s Nice That.
