A grubby, ugly and grey crossroads, yet strangely beautiful by the evening sun. It always makes me happy when I pass through because ten minutes walk in any direction leads to some of my favourite places: the best fromager, thrift stores, the best boulangerie for tartes, the canal, bars, my apartment, B.D. (comix) shops, the best butcher, the huge deco Rex cinema, the best veg markets, my band's underground rehearsal room, my part time job, art galleries, etc etc!

The very first place i've been in Paris.  My first month in the city, i spend over 800€ in this bar (true story) It's simple, warm and friendly, drinks are not so expensive (for Paris...). You can talk with every body, people there are open minded and funny (but only because everybody is drunk)

Very good and cheap vietnamese food.

A favorite for a fast espresso. My friends run this cafe and serve coffea roasted in Paris.

We love fashion, it’s always a pleasure for us to dress well. We love the Tom Greyhound store. It’s expensive but the selection is very precise and refined.
