Originally from Montreal, Canada — I’ve been lucky enough to work at agencies as Bold Scandinavia, Character, ManvsMachine, Koto, and Pentagram — developing concept-driven work for brands like Apple, BBC, Facebook, Google, National Film Board, Nike, San Francisco Design Week, and Squarespace.

G.F. Smith's permanent showroom, in Central London. Visits are by appointments only — But I would definitely recommend making the visit. All of their stocks are beautifully archived, along with example publications, and a rotating series of paper installations in both the window & basement, courtesy of Made Thought.

A Kilometer stone (circa 1925) stands directly outside Nørreport station, in Copenhagen K. It's easy to pass by, but definitely worth noting if you're in the area — The typographic work on it is incredible.

Especially lovely in the autumn, Frederiksberg Have is a really grand park in the middle of the district— Freckled with ponds, streams, and an old palace atop a hill in its centre.

A lovely co-working space & café, in my favourite neighbourhood in Copenhagen. The community here is warm & welcoming, and the space itself is a dream. Hardwood floors, dusted gem-tone walls, designer furniture, Depanneur coffee, and great lighting in a period building. If you're freelancing within the city for the long-term, or for the short — I'd wholly recommend having a visit.

Nestled just north of the city, Dyrehaven is a vast, surreal landscape of meadows, castles, and gnarled fairy-tale like forests — Inhabited by a seemingly infinite population of wild deer. Lovely for runs, strolls, woodland adventures, and the like.

An idyllic little gallery & permanent collection in the former home of Jim & Helen Ede. If you're ever in Cambridge for more than a few hours, it's very much worth the visit.

Sohee is currently a Designer working at Google Brand Studio. Previously, Designer at COLLINS. Sohee is originally from Seoul, Korea. She is an experienced graphic designer with a demonstrated history of working in the packaging and marketing industry. She has special passion for experimental branding and typography. She has applied this approach to a range of global and local clients, from Facebook, Mailchimp, Exploratorium and Airtime, among others. Her work has been recognized by numerous awards including TDC(The Type Directors Club), Graphis, The IDA. Previously, she worked as a brand designer at AmorePacific working for Hera, Mise en scene, Lirikos, Primera and Vital beautie. Prior to her MFA in Graphic Design at California Institute of the Arts, she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Visual Design in Seoul.

Kyle Kim is a San Francisco based fine art landscape photographer from South Korea who conveys uncommon beauty through his images. He prefers to observe and understand how the landscape interacts with both emotion and light. As a photographer, he works tirelessly to push beyond the limitations of exposure time and aperture width, in order to shine light into dark places. The emotions that he is trying to evoke meaningful. Photography is the tool he uses to communicate these feelings.

Rita Bullwinkel is the author of the story collection Belly Up. Her writing has been published in Tin House, Conjunctions, BOMB, Vice, NOON, and Guernica. She is a recipient of grants and fellowships from The MacDowell Colony, Brown University, Vanderbilt University, Hawthornden Castle, and The Helene Wurlitzer Foundation. Both her fiction and her translation have been nominated for Pushcart Prizes. She is an Editor at Large for McSweeney's. She lives in San Francisco.
