Pieter Boels is a graphic artist looking for meaning in the shapes of language and the language of shapes. His work is an amalgam of graphic design, illustrative hand lettering and calligraphy, with a strong aesthetic sensibility. Working with both analog and digital tools, he's always striving to create something that resonates with people, and to make them do a double take. Since 2012 Pieter runs a one-man studio in Antwerp, Belgium.
