This mountain is known as one of the top one hundred famous mountains in Japan. And is one of the highest mountains in the Tokyo area. I went mountaineering at the end of last autumn, and felt cold at the summit. The views changed as winds pushed away thick clouds, and I felt that winter was just around the corner. Scenery is breathtaking. It is recommended as a mountain comparatively easy to climb.

Yosuke Yajima, has won a prize in 1_WALL, the photo competition in Japan. He later held several solo exhibitions and also participated in group exhibitions inland. As an office worker, he has been producing his works at a place where you can be close to changes in both structure of Japanese culture and common sense. In other words, if it wasn't for this tower Japan wouldn't be enlightened with important news and truth from the outside world. At 332.5 metres, it is the second tallest artificial structure in Japan.

Chasiu melts in your mouth, the stock soup is full body and yet quite light. Not greasy like Tonkotsu style. One of the best Tokyo style (shoyu-based) ramen in our opinion.

This was a tour visit to Umezu's house in Kichijoji. He is the one of most famous cartoonist. The walls are painted in red and white horizontal-striped, Makoto-chan (character of his comics) is on the roof. It became a sightseeing spot in Kichijoji from the day it was built. The dress code of this day follow in his trademark. This house is full of a sense of fun and love for his character.

Shinjuku-Kabukicho is one of the famous entertainment spots in Tokyo. There are many theatres, bars, hostess bars, and adult entertainment business. People seek pleasure, shout, and walk drunkenly at night, even though they are shy and busy with work during the daytime. Mysterious neon lights make people desire more what they want to do. You feel people’s fundamental energy there at night.

Staying with DDD, a renovated boutique hotel introduced me to the Nihonbashi area where there is full of beautiful contrast between historic and modern cultures. Really enjoy the convenience of the location. The room is electrically designed that is so warm and cozy. The in-house gallery and cafe are also worth checking!
