Filippos Fragkogiannis is a freelance graphic designer and art director, based in Athens. He holds an MA in Visual Communication, and a BA in Graphic Design from Vakalo College and the University of Derby. Having collaborated with acclaimed graphic and type designers, on April 16th 2019 he established his own practice. His research-based approach is rooted in semiotics, symbolism and the mechanics of visual language. His projects center around visual identities, posters, and print collateral, and he regularly enhances type foundries with bold imagery. In 2018, he founded Certain Magazine, an independent curatorial platform that chronicles contemporary graphic design and celebrates handpicked design projects from around the world.

Hi, my name is Morgane Vantorre and I am in love with letters in every shape and form. Passionate about the materiality of our written language and what its forms convey beyond its meaning, I am a French freelance multitasker whose Type Design is at the heart of everything I do.  ⁂ I would define myself first as a type designer working for foundries, agencies or for myself. From conception, to development to completion, I enjoy creating and producing typefaces or lettering, but I also offer art direction, editing and graphic design services.  I am also a recent editor for Monotype, for whom I write articles on French typography and graphic design news, and a typography teacher in a Parisian art school where I transmit my passion to young bachelor students. Then, I like to experiment, during my free time, with letterforms through different techniques and materials such as calligraphy, stone carving and embroidery.

Rick Banks, is a graphic designer, typographer, publisher and proud northerner. Working under the moniker of Face37 he has helped create some of the world's most loved brands, including EE, Triumph Motorcycles, AXA, British Heart Foundation and adidas. Specialising in brand, book and type design, his work has won numerous awards, including a yellow pencil from D&AD and a TDC from the Type Directors Club in Tokyo. He has been featured in the Creative Review Annual, as well as receiving recognition from the respected Creative Circle, Communication Arts, TDC (NY) and ISTD. His work has been published internationally, and exhibited in the London Design Museum and Ginza Graphic Gallery in Tokyo. His products, such as Type Trumps, have sold worldwide and can be found in respected design retailers around the world, from the Tate Modern in London to the Museum of Modern Art in New York. And his foundry, F37, has released fonts including Bella and Ginger, licensed by global brands such as Google, Selfridges and PepsiCo, with the foundry’s website winning awards for digital innovation in the process. Rick takes an active role in the design community, lecturing on branding and typography around the world, and judging various awards including the ‘Crafts for Design’ category for the 2017 D&AD awards. Even more important to him though is the role that design can play in bettering the world around him, having donated both his time and publishing proceeds towards worthwhile causes for the likes of the Football Foundation and Horwich St Mary’s.
