Miranda is a beautiful little cocktail bar located in a calm side street of the 6th district.  It offers a great selection of seasonal cocktails, a combination of their own creations and interpretations of classic drinks. Designed by Tzou Lubroth Architects, the interior is a tasteful mix of pastel colors. The center piece is a huge green granite bar. Best just sit at the bar and watch the barmen mixing drinks.

Palmenhaus is a café, brasserie and bar inside a 1901-built greenhouse located in the Viennese Hofburg palace gardens. You can enjoy your coffee unter the massive steel structure on the light-filled inside of the greenhouse or – during summertime – on the outside terrace overlooking the Burggarten gardens.

This bar is in the foyer of the viennese popular theater. the name as well as the interior refer to the socialist direction, but if one imagines a dusty place full of missent ex-marxists it nowadays really is just a place with the ambiance of another time, that houses parties and changing clubs. Smartly curated and art savvy, Mauve has been putting together reliably excellent shows with a focus on contemporary painting since 2012. Mauve’s bar features a neon cactus, a choice of favourite drinks and a crowd of artists in their natural habitat.
