There is one thing finally that is good about vienna’s small size, to reach the river danube and its two side arms in summer, when its boiling hot, takes only few minutes. All the life is transferred from the center to the river banks, swim and barbecue in summer, ice skating in winter. An off-space in a more classical sense, Ada is an eclectic merge of a crumbling Viennese apartment and technology-enthusiastic DIY. Among witty interventions and mismatched wallpapers it offers a relaxed, but solid program focused on media art.

Miranda is a beautiful little cocktail bar located in a calm side street of the 6th district.  It offers a great selection of seasonal cocktails, a combination of their own creations and interpretations of classic drinks. Designed by Tzou Lubroth Architects, the interior is a tasteful mix of pastel colors. The center piece is a huge green granite bar. Best just sit at the bar and watch the barmen mixing drinks.
