It's a very small museum in the Hermitage about art made by outsiders. It's also known as 'Art Brut', a name given to it in 1972 by French artist Jean Dubuffet. It simply means that it is art made by people that don't fit in the normal life structure that humans suppose to have. Which can mean that the art is made by people who are in jail, who are ill, have a mental dissability or another way of not fitting into the community. The exhibitions are quite small, so it takes you just around an hour. And the hermitage has a nice canal view.

Kapitaal is a silkscreen workplace where i used to be involved with a lot. After leaving it, I still return quite often for silkscreening, a lecture, exhibitions, a party, or just for good talks.

Fatti Burke is an award winning children's book illustrator from Ireland, currently living in Amsterdam. She has been working as a freelance illustrator since 2013 in the editorial, publishing and advertising fields. Her work revolves around the things she loves – food, home, memes, animals and tradition. Her first three books that she created with her father, Irelandopedia (2015), Historopedia (2016) and Foclóiropedia (2017), were bestsellers in Ireland. Charlotte Rohde is a (type-)designer and artist, currently based in Amsterdam. Her practice is rooted in her research on how type as an extension of the body can function to shape feminist discourses within our society. Her work reaches from designing posters, books and her own typefaces to ceramic sculptures and spacial installations. She also writes poetry and essays, bakes bread, teaches workshops and hosts various events.
