A really lovely restaurant with terasse with lots of sun hidden in the west and close to Erasmus Park. It is a place where you will a lot of locals catching up. The food is always great and there is a super cosy and friendly atmosphere. The kind of place you actually want to keep a secret so don't tell anyone! ;)

Cinecenter is special to me because I used to work here. It is a great place to see all of your favourite movies.

Small bookstore in the center of Amsterdam with the likes of Experimental Jetset, Metahaven and Karel Martens.

Since I’m a graphic designer I'm obviously into books and my favourite bookstore in Amsterdam is Boekie Woekie. This small shop is located in the Nine Streets and they sell nice and special publications that are often hard to find because they are self published or published by small press publishers. If you are into graphic design you should really check it out.

A great music venue with ping-pong tables used to be a squat.
