Located in a vintage ballroom, Clärchens Ballhaus is a nice lunch destination. Try the "Käsespätzle" with applesauce!

One of my favorite sophisticated-but-casual places in Berlin. Everything is delicious and the restaurant is cozy and minimal at the same time. It is the right place to have a wonderful dinner with somebody special without being too anxious about the dress code :)

If you like fashion then this is the place to be. The label was founded in 2005 by Nando and Silvia, two spanish designers. I like this place because I love the wool coats and the patterns they create. They support local industry and that is a top of the top for me.

This is the kind of world where I really feel safe. My Berlin home is the the place where my intimacy is, the place where I meet up friends, where I cook for them, where I love. It is the perfect shelter if I fall apart..
