Osteria Sippi is an incredible simple italian restaurant where everyone feels immediately at home. They not only know their food game but have also an impressive range of really good wines.   

Cinema with original fifties interior, close to Hermann Platz. Like all cinemas from the York Cinema Group in Berlin, it features a diverse program of independent movies (mostly original versions with German subtitles).

It's a small bookshop to be stuck forever. Here you can find the most beautiful collection of art/photography/architecture/fashion/food books and magazines, not to count it's just a walk distance to diverse galleries around the neighborhood.

A very good reason to travel West: the C/O, next to the formerly infamous Berliner Zoo tube station, is an awesome museum dedicated to photography and visual media. Previous exhibitions include Larry Clark, Martin Parr, Anton Corbijn, Annie Leibovitz and Stephen Shore.

A cute Swedish style breakfast/ cafe place owned by really nice friends, they have a cinnamon bun to coo over, its so sweet and yummy :)
