Colourful, crowded and charmingly bonkers café-cum-deli proudly located in Peckham. This little café inside Peckham’s Persian delicatessen, Persepolis, is a fun place serving fun food. Not many table to sit down so I would definitely recommend reserving a table a head.

Elinor Portnoy is a London based product designer with a focus on materials and crafting methods. She grew up in Tel Aviv, Israel, but moved to London, to earn her MA from the Royal College of Art. Since graduation she’s been working as a product designer for various companies in the creative industry while making, selling and exhibiting her own work at prominent galleries and design stores.

Friday night: Local history event at South London Gallery Fire Station. Spent the sunny evening time to read the zines collection from the Feminist Library. The library is a lovely mobile minivan. Best tme to enjoy and summer drinks in the new art space.

Key community arts centre, near to Shoreditch High St station. The cinema is handy and the music programming is solid, but they also host a variety of other interesting nights, most notably Jawdance, London’s (arguably) best spoken word night

In between soho and covent garden. There ares lots of great independent shops on this street. Dover bookshop, magma, super superficial and Mint to name a few. Also if you want a cheap lunch on your work break Cafe No.1 is amazing. £2.50 jacket potatoes with cheese and beans.

The Royal Park offers great views of London and the city; As well as housing the Royal Observatory which includes a museum of astronomical and navigational tools, part of the National Maritime Museum.

London / Bar

I grew up around this area - it really is a gem of a place. The interior is so cool, with sort of organised clutter everywhere. They have a little garden and they serve food. Its not the best in the world, but the whole experience there is great.
