I am an Illustrator based in Lisbon but always moving between Lisbon- Vilnius and Berlin. I create colorful illustrations inspired by cultures, traveling and social issues.

Maaike Canne is an illustrator working across a variety of different media, including murals and print. She’s often inspired by surroundings with a sense of silence and estrangement that hold a lot of personal stories at the same time, like motels, malls and gas stations. Her vibrant work is often suggestive and influenced by elements found in architecture, interior and design.
