Clémence Polès is a New York-based creative strategist & marketer. Born in the south of France and raised in Dubai, she graduated from King’s College London with a Masters in International Marketing. Prior to consulting, Clemence was leading the marketing efforts and digital content of tech start-up, Splacer. It's a sweet agave bar hidden in the fridge of a Mexican grocery store that use to be a laundromat. It doesn't get more Brooklyn than that but the tourists haven't found it yet so I highly recommend it. Music is really good and they have a great selection of mezcal. Felipe, the owner, also owns the adjoining restaurant Cerveceria.

Housing European Romanesque and Gothic collections, the building itself sits high on a hill offering far reaching views over the Hudson River and Upper Manhattan. A place to bookmark for after the Spring equinox when you can ramble amongst the fragrant herb gardens of Fort Tryon Park and drink in the air of the season.

My exhibition from Dec1 2017- Feb1 2018. gallery space on the picture. Usagi NY is secret cool creative place in Dumbo area. The space is designed by Sou Fujimoto. You can find rare archtecture book from Japan and Moma Book store. There are nice Japanese design products that difficult to find in NY. Its great for gift, or special object for your home. My recommendation is Matcha latte (usagi have very hi-quarity real Japanes Matcha from Ippodo Kyoto) -

Roll N Roaster is a fast food place in Sheepshead Bay that has been open since 1971. Get the roast beef sandwich with cheese and a bottle of Moet champagne (not joking).
