About Lotta
Lotta Nieminen is a multidisciplinary designer and illustrator from Helsinki, Finland. She has studied graphic design and illustration at the University of Art and Design Helsinki and the Rhode Island School of Design, and has worked as a freelancer in both fields since 2006. After working for fashion magazine Trendi in Finland andPentagram Design in New York, Lotta is now based in NYC, working for design studio RoAndCo. In 2010, Lotta received the Art Directors ClubYoung Guns 8 award and was selected by Print magazine for its annual New Visual Artists review, highlighting 20 international rising designers under the age of 30. Her work has also won honorable mentions at Vuoden Huiput (Best of Finnish advertising and graphic design) as well as in various logo competitions. She has illustrated for the likes of clients such as United Airlines,International Herald Tribune Magazine,Monocle and Bloomberg Businessweek. As an illustrator, Lotta is represented by illustration agency Agent Pekka.

Going for a stroll on Atlantic Beach is a fall Sunday must. I rarely go to the New York beaches in summer because of the crowds, but standing on an empty, windy beach is a total mind soother. Make sure to take a peek at the Miami-colored Catalina Beach Club. Beaches close mid-September.

Sarah Meyohas (b. 1991, French­ American) uses networks of information, power, value, and communication. Meyohas has had solo exhibitions at Independent Régence in Brussels, Galerie Pact in Paris, and 303 in New York. Leticia Wouk Almino is a Brazilian architect based in New York, NY. She has lived in Brasília, Washington, San Francisco, Lisbon, London, and again in the Brazilian capital before moving to the United States for her studies. She most recently completed her Masters in Architecture at Yale University in New Haven, CT and is currently working at Robert A.M. Stern Architects in New York. She draws her inspiration from the world of cinema, as she is interested in exploring the interstice between architecture and fiction, real and imaginary, public and private space. Qingyu Wu (Q) is an award-winning designer, krautrock lover, and cult film dedicated fan based in New York City. Qingyu holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MFA in 2D Design from Cranbrook Academy of Art. Her work has been recognized by the American Institute of Graphic Arts (AIGA), the Type Directors Club (TDC), and China Graphic Design Association (CGDA). Featured by AIGA Eye on Design, It's Nice That, People of Print, Ficciones Typografika, Women of Graphic Design and more. Qingyu received the Golden Award at The A' Design Award & Competition 2018, Gold Award from CGDA 2017 Graphic Design Academy Award, and Certificates of Typographic Excellence Award from TDC 64. She has lectured at the Art Center College of Design, Parsons School of Design, and Pratt Institute.
