Stephan Würth is a photographer originally from Germany who grew up between Munich, Texas and California. He discovered photography at age fourteen during a family vacation in Spain; his favorite subjects were sun-bathing women on the Costa del Sol. In 2000, he enrolled in the Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale to study photography, and after graduating, became a full time photographer. Some of his clients include Vogue (Latin America), GQ (UK, Italy and Germany), Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, Esquire, Levi’s, AOL, Bonobos, Macy’s. In 2011, Stephan released his first book “Ghost Town” published by Damiani. Würth currently resides in New York City’s West Village with his wife, Vanessa.

I love playing on these red clay tennis courts. It feels like playing in Europe. I either drive my car and park right next to the courts or bike up River Side Park.

This is the new bike share program of NYC. It's amazing. I went for the 1 year membership for $95. You can also get day passed for around $10. There are stations all over the city. You can now have a wonderful day changing between walking, biking and the subway. Finally, I can stay away from the crazy cab drivers...

Aesther Chang is a fine artist based in NYC. She is known for her nuanced and subtle abstract paintings. Her works experiment with textures and colors, and the play between linear and ethereal elements. Moments of free improvisation call for a turn toward meditation. What she seeks through the process is harmony, or in her own words “oneness between self and matter”. Chang’s works directly invite the viewer to realize a deeper dimension within one’s very own being- a transcendental realm beyond the body and mind. To unlock this realm, one must go inward.

His work ranges quite a bit from editorial drawings to large scale installations and murals. He has a number of side projects, and sometimes exhibits his work in galleries. I moved to downtown Manhattan in 2002 and now live in Brooklyn's Clinton Hill neighborhood. I know most of my friends through my work designing art books and art-directing fashion magazines. Now that I have a wife and daughter, the most fun parts of my week take place during the day instead of at night.
