Broadway during the day is usually a bit busy with foot traffic. I prefer enjoying it’s wide sidewalks at night when it’s a lot quieter.

Favorite brunch in Greenpoint. Get the caesar salad, the salmon gravlax, tortilla and pancakes. You can do no wrong.
Stupendous views of Manhattan and what feels like all of Brooklyn from the only tall-ish building around. And very good beer.
