This chapel at Dorotheenstädtischer cemetery hosts a light installation by THE James Turrell at sunset on specific days. It begins with a 30minute intro and needs a booking to visit.

It is an English language bookstore centering on non-western, diasporic, and queer perspectives. Many many many rare and special books carefully selected by Siddhartha Lokanandi that is the soul of this place! Check it, it is unforgettable :)

Cinema with original fifties interior, close to Hermann Platz. Like all cinemas from the York Cinema Group in Berlin, it features a diverse program of independent movies (mostly original versions with German subtitles).

A cute Swedish style breakfast/ cafe place owned by really nice friends, they have a cinnamon bun to coo over, its so sweet and yummy :)

Kw is a great art institute situated at the backyard of a very eastern part of town, place for many other small galleries. Auguststrasse is worth the walk and Kw is worth the stop.
