My favorite gallery in Copenhagen, located in the meatpacking area... its great for spotting up and coming talents but also established artists from around the world.

A. Petersen is a hidden gem near 'Kløvermarken' in Copenhagen. This place is outstanding, beautiful and very inspiring if you are looking for danish furniture design as well as contemporary art. Definitely worth a visit. Assistens Cemetery is one of the only cemeteries in the center of Copenhagen and beside from being a beautiful calm place to hang out, sunbathing and having a picnic, it is the final resting place for many great people through times. H.C Andersen, Søren Kirkegaard, Niels Bohr, Henry Heerup is just a few of them.

Trekroner fort is is a wonderful place, 15 minutes by boat from the city centre. The old fort is open to the public during the day, but only accessible from the water side. The current area was founded in 1786, but was not finished at the Battle of the Nest (April 2, 1801) or at the British bombardment in 1807. It was not until 1828 that construction was completed after a period of economic decline. Photo: © Ture Andersen

Nice place in summer for drinks and food. Close to the water as I prefer it. Music and nice dancing if the company is right.
