I was born in the mid 1980's and grow up in London. From always having a fascination with mechanical objects and relentlessly playing with lego as a child becoming a still life photographer seemed like a natural progression. There is something enormously rewarding about creating exactly whats in your head. I try and make my images on first glance look completely perfect but on closer inspection its revealed there are many imperfections, if you look closer at the 'Wrapping Paper Series' you can see all the joins and creases. I think this makes it look and feel like a photograph and not CGI.

Attilia Fattori Franchini is an independent curator and writer based in London. She is co-founder of the online platforms bubblebyte.org and Opening Times and contributes critical essays and reviews to publication such as CURA., Kaleidoscope and Flash Art International. Between 2013 and 2014 she has initiated and curated The Basement a programme in London dedicated to young, unrepresented artists. Attilia is currently working on the second edition of Curva Blu, a residency project in Favignana, Sicily; she is co-curator of ARS17+ the online extension of the exhibition ARS17 currently at Kiasma, Museum of Contemporary Art, Helsinki. Attilia is is also curating BMW Open Work, a new programme of commissions to be launched at Frieze London 2017 and the Emergent section of miart 2018. Carla Borel is a London based portrait and fine art photographer. Her personal work addresses themes of transience, identity, community, isolation and loneliness. Her Stillsoho series has been described by Town magazine 'as one of the most iconic portrayals of London in recent years.' Born in Paris, raised in Las Vegas and a Hampshire village, she was formerly a croupier in Mayfair casinos; a bar tender at the French House in Soho; production assistant to legendary advertising photographer John Claridge; a gallery girl in London’s art world, working with influential curator Emma Dexter; and assistant to Beat Generation expert, Barry Miles. Her work has been published in AnOther Man, Harper's Bazaar, German Vogue, L'Uomo Vogue, Port, Town, Elephant, the Daily Telegraph and the Guardian. She recently had a solo exhibition of male portraits, Homme Libre, in London, was in the London Calling Photocopy Club exhibition and was included in Conceal/Reveal at Photo Oxford. 

I was born and brought up a country boy in Sussex, but Brixton is now very much my home. I adore London. I studied Fine Art and I’m currently at Burberry working as a display designer.
