2 Willow Road designed by Ernő Goldfinger and completed in 1939. It has been managed by the National Trust and is open to the public. Goldfinger lived here with his wife and their children until his death in 1987.

Camden Passage is a picturesque street filled with antique, vintage and contemporary shops.

Old townhouse style building set in front of juxtaposing high risers makes for an odd placement, but internally it's a quirky spectacle. One half is dedicated to the sale of antiques - anything from old door handles to hallways lined with hunting trophies. The other half is a relaxed bar and hidden gourmet dining area constructed of similar furnishings [all for sale too]. Even if you don't wish to spend £'s, a walk around the place is advised.

If you are lucky enough to get a table at this tiny 6 table only Café you are in for a real treat. The coffee is great, the cakes are delicious and the staff is friendly in this traditional wifi free (meaning no wifi here) Café. On a quiet day this is the best place to delve into your favourite novel while being caressed by the easy listening aural pleasure of Classic FM. But the real reason I come here is to overhear the conversations of the other customers. More than once did I have to put my book aside to pay closer attention to the charming, wonderful and often nuts conversations going on around me. I've overheard all sorts of discussions varying from 'Psychoanalysis' to 'Proustian ideas', 'Science Fiction' to 'Greek Mythology' and 'African Studies' to 'the takeover of DC Comics'.

This uninspiring sounding place is a disused railway line that runs along the roofline from Finsbury Park to Highgate. A great place to excerise and escape.
