The studio became a place where her personal artwork and carefully selected client work come together. Think this may be the oldest music venue in London? If it isn't, it certainly feels like it. I love the fact that you can feel the musical history as soon as you walk into 100 Club. Given it's central positioning I'm sure a lot of people of holding their breaths that it continues to stick around

If they only could mend me like they mend my shoes. A three generation family business with its origin on Cyprus via Fifth Avenue, New York. They can do magic. I have been going there since I moved to London 12 years ago. One day soon I am going to have them make me a brand new pair of brogues. I will design the holes.

I spent a lot of time in the British Museum whilst studying for my Degree. My work has changed considerably since then but it is still a place I return to again and again. Inspiration doesn't always come from objects in the collection but also from the space and its visitors.

The number 9 bus is the last of London’s old Routemasters. It’s a reminder of how far London has come over the years both in technology and design. The route itself is also one of the Heritage routes going past all of London’s key attractions such as Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Hyde Park Corner and the Royal Albert Hall and the buses are still run by a traditional conductor which is fun and keeps things personal. It is a quintessential London journey.

Also the Queens back garden, these beautiful grounds are great for a Sunday stroll to see the pelicans or to feed the squirrels. Duck Island Cottage is worth a look too, a idyllic little cottage situated in the grounds which was specially built as the bird keepers home.
