An advocate for artists since a young age, I managed my first art gallery in Los Angeles at age 23 and finally created my current business, MTArt Agency, to promote the artists she believed in across the globe. Key community arts centre, near to Shoreditch High St station. The cinema is handy and the music programming is solid, but they also host a variety of other interesting nights, most notably Jawdance, London’s (arguably) best spoken word night

I've only just discovered this fantastic little salad bar-come-florist right round corner from my studio. It serves freshly made salads that are not only delicious but cheap too! Either take away, or grab the one and only table and eat in.

Spring always arrives earlier to London, and London shows its most beautiful face during the spring. If you live in London, or if you come to visit, bring your training shoes and take a morning run along river Thames in Chiswick. Between Barnes Bridge and Hammersmith Bridge, there's a great trail on both sides of the river. And if you take the run in March, you might run through this wonderful Alice-in-Wonderland cherry-blossom landscape.

There's something so quintessentially London about this hill. The network of paths and lines of lampposts leading you up to a view of the city that's at your fingertips.
