Specializing in identity design as a studio foundation, we output a wide range of work, from screen-based experiences to printed reading experiences. Often working with small to medium sized cultural institutions and museums, Happening Studio function as a design mediator and facilitator between in-house design, marketing staffs and high level stakeholders. It's site says it's "A Friendly Store For Friendly People," and this is completely true. They throw fun parties in the back, and have a sick collection of clothes, housewares, and other goodies.

This is a great place to walk around. It really feels like a mini Lake Shasta or something tucked right up in the Hollywood Hills. Ornate statues on the bridge and sweet smelling trees. If you squint you almost feel like you're not in the middle of a massive city.

I love living in a city where I can easily go hiking during the day and be home by dark. Griffith is just massive and untamed, it has a wild feel about it in places. Views of LA, the ocean, and the Hollywood sign.

This place is really popular, and for good reason. Their cuts of meat are on point, and who doesn't love troughs of cheesy corn and steamed eggs? Definitely order a lunch box, and if you want to avoid the long wait, go either super early around or really late. They're open from 11:30a to 1:30a.
