My favorite coffee ever in NYC ! The first place I went when I lived in Brooklyn. The music is perfect, food is excellent. Definitely the perfect spot to read a book on sunday morning and a good work place for freelancers.

When I first visited NY in 2010 the New Museum left a permanent impression. I love the architecture and the concept of the piled-white-shoe-box look-a-like building at the edge of the Lower East Side neighborhood. The exhibition program is appealingly different, and the bookstore in the foyer is not to be missed!

One of the best pasta dishes i've ever had. Raggu pastas are heaven!

For art books, monographs and catalogs new and used at a discount. I can never manage to leave here without a bag full of books in tow.

Always beautifully curated shows in a whitewashed space. The work is juxtaposed with the bustling China Town backdrop, adding a dose of life and grit compared to the other often hyper sterile art spaces around the world.
