Jessica Walsh is a NYC based designer, art director and illustrator. She worked as an art director at Print Magazine, and at design studios such as Pentagram Design and Sagmeister, Inc. Her work has won numerous awards from design magazines and competitions, including ADC's "Young Gun" award and Print's "New Visual Artist" award. She lives and works in Chelsea with her dog momo and a fridge filled with avocados.

Adam Turnbull is a New York-based artist and creative director. He is a director of New York-based art book publisher Pacifc Books, a partner at Time Studio, and exhibits art internationally. Adam’s design and publishing work is held in the Whitney Museum Library, the Museum of Modern Art Library and the New York Public Library.

I am pursuing hospitality concepts that are deeply involved in the local scenes and that serve as focal points for entire neighborhoods; concepts that become not just places to stay, but gateways to communities.
