This bar is located in the residential area of Kyodo. It opens Monday to Saturday. People come after work, they start to chat naturally with the owner and other customers. Drinks are always excellent but also the food is marvelous.

A little island/beach community in Kanagawa, which is about an hour away from downtown of Tokyo by train. The beach there is really dirty but I love the place. I used to work at the radio station by Enoshima as an assistant DJ. After the recording, I hopped on the train to go see the beach pretty often.

The most insane natural wine bar i've ever visited. Sano san knows well the value of Biodynamic and natural wines, he has a little cellar at 11 C where you can find gems opened up to 1 year before. The atmosphere and the way Sano treats his wines and his guests will change your perspectives. The kitchen is also delicious.

Super tasteful place, best wine selection (all natural off course, french cuisine with a Japanese light approach and suuuper nice staff.

My most favorite place in Japan. There are lot of very intelligent politicians who are controlling us and creating such a good country. I want to be like them.
