This is my favorite go-to coffee shop in Tokyo. It's in a quiet and quaint space. I recommend trying their coffee and muffins. It's also right across a park and playground.

Skip the museum itself if you want, as the garden of this place is the nicest part. Green and quiet, you will forget you are in the middle of Tokyo

It’s a really big beautiful botanical park in Tokyo with a nice green house. I went there a few months ago after the big typhoon hit there, many trees were knocked down by the killing wind, even big ones. Recently some newscaster’s body was found there, but hey, it’s still an amazing park.
