The 3.000 square meters space used to be a parking lot and was transformed into an exquisit palace of food. The venue is divided into four restaurants, each specialised in something else. Meat, fish, tapas & rice, delicatessen. And in the center, four counters specialised in cava, wine, beer and cocktails. There’s even an oyster & champagne bar, for the chic & fancy.
Every seven days a different food truck from the more than 300 that the association of tasty vans has in its database is in charge of the cuisine. In fact, at just 18m2, the Var has the exact measurements of a food truck, plus two entrances. Compensating for the tiny size indoors is the magnificent terrace under the bridge that separates Poblenou from the rest of the city.
