It defines itself as “A Natureculture learning site” investigating alternative narratives for urban development. I am totally in love with this place!!!

Art director and graphic designer freelance based in Berlin. Trained as Architect (MA) and Communication designer (MA), she designs communication strategies, visual identities, editorial projects, and exhibitions from a multidisciplinary perspective. She works with cultural institutions, artists, and companies. She also holds a Master in Urban Studies and her research is about visual codes in public spaces. She is super passionate about graffiti, typography, and lettering. She loves drawing, printing, and bookbinding. She is always happy to meet new people and walk around telling stories :)

New type of museum. It's a private collection from contemporary art pieces such as by Anish Kapoor or Nobuyoshi Araki to Chinese imperial furnitures or ancient Asian sculptures. The collection is wonderful and the light design is perfect. There is no description or title of the artworks - it invites you to purely see/feel the artworks themselves without influencing by the names. Must to go.

One of my favorite magazine stores in Berlin – a wide range of temporary magazines and books and the smell of printed pages. Located in the center of Berlin, it's a must go for all print lovers.

Berlin / Museum

One of the most beautiful pieces of Berlin actually is a piece of another city (Al-Hillah, Iraq). Normally Berliners are laid back and like to hang around, drink beer and chat till sunrise. Sometimes they do get excited though, and then they start taking old war-battered stones and piecing them together to (re)form walls. The results are great as can be seen all over Berlin, but the Ishtar gate in the Pergamon museum is where they’ve really outdone themselves.

Peres Projects mostly showcases young, emerging artists and is at the forefront of fusing art with fashion, celebrity and the love of a good party, which seems to work very well in Berlin. Having recently moved into an ex-Soviet building on Karl Marx Allee, the giant new space contrasts brilliantly with the commanding facade.
