I have supported Tottenham since I was about 5 years old and I am a dedicated season ticket holder. The club was founded in 1882 and are known for their positive attacking football and their fantastic fan support. In the beginning of the 2018–2019 season "Spurs" will be moving into their new stadium with a capacity of 62,000 spectators.

Melrose and Morgan is a grocery shop and kitchen providing freshly prepared food and artisan products in the heart of Primrose Hill and Hampstead Village.

My walk through the Heath often continues on to the Camden Arts Centre, a really fantastic exhibition space that runs workshops and courses as well as having a great café and bookshop to boot. I collect their exhibition booklets called File Notes - beautifully designed by James Goggin and Sarah De Bondt - some memorable shows include Eva Hesse Studiowork, The Bruce Lacey Experience and Serena Korda’s Aping the Beast. The latter concluded with a procession from the gallery up to the Heath, culminating in a re-enactment of The Battle of the River Plate in a pond. Need some clean air or just a time-out? Kew Gardens is a short train ride away from the city centre but is provides you with space, greenery and and a small holiday for the lungs. The garden contain tropical glasshouses and interesting architecture, so it is a treat for both body and mind.
