There are many great parks in London to choose from, but Hampstead Heath is by far my favourite; a lido, Parliament Hill with a great view of the city, ponds, woods and plenty of space. It’s a great place to hang out in the summer, but also presents a lovely walk in the winter. Address: (As it’s so big obviously it doesn’t really have a specific address but there are 2 main entrances) Entrances by Gospel Oak or Hampstead Heath Entrance.

Jocelyn (b. 1988) is a photography graduate from Worcestershire, England. She started taking photographs at a young age, making a photobook aged seven. She regained her passion for taking pictures during high school and after completing a BTEC in Photography she graduated in June 2010 from a BA in Photographic Art at the University of Wales, Newport. She currently lives and works in London, working on various projects and preferring to shoot in medium format.

Quiet outdoor garden with bar and pizza meters away from the busy and vibrant Dalston main roads.

Half a mile from Markfield Park down the River Lee is Springfield Park. The park rises steeply up from the river and has an amazing array of tree species making it beautiful in all seasons. At the brim of the hill there is a line of park benches each one surrounded by box hedge offering a private view across the Lee Valley, Walthamstow and beyond. The park warden was nice enough to give me a chestnut log a couple of years ago from which I carved a bench and two stools.

Good, progressive, solid, forward-thinking place. And run by the warmest, most intelligent and inspiring people to be around. Always a humble, fulfilled visit. And whilst in the area, best to visit next door to Hannah Barry's gallery for more wonderful work.

A brilliant little hidden gem of a place to relax and look at some interesting rare / Out of print books and Magazine. Their evening art events are also very special. Great atmosphere and great people.

The best bacon sandwich you will ever eat. Pretty much fills you up for the whole day.
