St. JOHN is famous for its 'nose to tail' dining which encourages people to eat ‘unusual’ parts of the animal. St. JOHN also have their own bakery and winery and you can just visit for a drink and small bite in the bar (Clerkenwell and Spitalfields).

The most special and charming place to get art supplies and materials. L. Cornelissen & Son shop is an artwork in itself and one of a kind. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and kind and is always a delight to stop by.

It paces a Londoner's life. When the tide is low I like wandering on the "beach" and discovering tunnels that take me to the centre of the Earth.

You could call me biased, given this is the 3rd Highbury restaurant in my list, but if you're doing so then you've clearly never tried the Biang Biang Noodles at this unassuming little BYOB gem

Good, progressive, solid, forward-thinking place. And run by the warmest, most intelligent and inspiring people to be around. Always a humble, fulfilled visit. And whilst in the area, best to visit next door to Hannah Barry's gallery for more wonderful work.
