Rochelle Canteen, established in 2004 by Melanie Arnold and Margot Henderson, is housed in the converted bike shed of the old Rochelle School. Rochelle Canteen is one of my favourite restaurants in London for breakfast, lunch and/ or dinner. 

Camping in London? Absolutely! This is one of a few sites which has direct access to Epping Forest from the campsite. Easy to get to by tube, with a fire field and 50 acres to spread out in, this is a great place to recharge your batteries.

The Design Museum is a museum in Kensington, next to Holland Park, which covers product, industrial, graphic, fashion and architectural design. There is also a nice cafe on the 1st floor with beautiful views of the park.

Quiet outdoor garden with bar and pizza meters away from the busy and vibrant Dalston main roads.

London has plenty of beautiful cemeteries. Brompton is one of the ‘Magnificent Seven’ and has many interesting tombs. It was also an inspiration of names for Beatrix Potter and the resting place of Emmeline Pankhurst.
